Our professionals personally oversee the computation, field and office operations, ensuring quality control. By accurately and efficiently providing boundary surveys, building site plans, drainage plans, septic tank site plans, building layout, under construction surveys, final surveys and flood elevation certificates, we efficiently assist contractors in the swift completion and approval of their building projects.

Engineering Surveys
 
Lidberg Land Surveying specializes in engineering surveys for governmental agencies, engineering firms and architects. Our expertise in data collection with automatic line work allows the cadd technicians to import the electronic data directly into the cadd drawing, automatically drawing curb lines, parking lots, buildings, trees and utility symbols. We utilize two cadd platforms, Microstation XM and Autocad Release 2008 to fit the needs of the professional firms we serve. We subscribe to the support programs for both platforms to keep abreast with the latest cadd technology.

Land Title Surveys
 
Over the past 25 years, Lidberg Land Surveying has prepared hundreds of ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys for commercial and residential projects ranging from one acre parcels to 4500 acres. Our professionals have a keen understanding of Land Title Survey requirements and are consistently able to meet the time constraints involved for this type of project.
