Lidberg Land Surveying, Inc. was established in 1982 by David C. Lidberg, P. S.M.  We have provided services to many municipalities and government agencies, including the Port of Palm Beach District, Jupiter Inlet District, Town of Jupiter, the Town of Juno Beach, the City of West Palm Beach and Seacoast Utility Authority.  We have completed numerous commercial and residential projects, including Legacy Place in Palm Beach Gardens, The Ritz Carlton Golf Club & Spa in Jupiter, City Hall and Library at City Center in West Palm Beach, and Catalfumo Corporate Center in Palm Beach Gardens. During the past 28 years we have consistently served some of the areas most respected developers and builders.

We provide a full range of surveying services, which includes Bathymetric Surveys, Volumetric Surveys, Global Positioning, Engineering Design Surveys, Route Surveys, Right of Way Maps, Mapping Control, Horizontal and Vertical Control Networks, and Searches of Public Records.  We have been producing bathymetric surveys since 1986.  Our extensive knowledge and experience in bathymetric surveying enables us to provide the most accurate and timely products possible.  We have prepared bathymetric surveys for Port of Palm Beach Slips 1, 2, & 3.  We have surveyed portions of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, the Loxahatchee River, and Jones Creek.  We were contracted by Florida Power and Light Company, and provided bathymetric surveys of their Hollywood Plant cooling pond, and their Riviera Beach Plant discharge channel.  We have surveyed numerous marina basins and tidal canal systems.  We have provided pre-dredge and post-dredge bathymetric and volume surveys to the Jupiter Inlet District for 24 years.  

The Ritz Carlton Golf Club & Spa is a 284 acre luxury residential development in Jupiter, and is just one example of many land based projects that we have completed.  A project of this magnitude included platting and an overall boundary survey.  It also required layout of all infrastructure, the golf course, the lakes, and the preserves.  We provided construction layout for the clubhouse, all related amenities, and for individual residences.
